Janice Guinan

Janice Guinan is a full time Realtor and a licensed real estate broker. Janice is a 6 time recipient of the NJAR Million Dollar Sales Club Award, ’95-’85, ’00-’01. Janice earned her New Jersey real estate salesperson license in 1984. In 1997, Janice received her broker’s license, and in 2002. Janice was born and raised in Linden, NJ. She graduated from Union Catholic Regional High School in Scotch Plains in 1983 and attended Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Communications in 1987. Janice loves working with people and finds great joy in the diversity that this profession allows.  Janice has recently moved to South Jersey and is a member of Jersey Shore MLS as well as Garden State MLS and Middlesex County MLS.
