Janice Guinan

Janice Guinan is a full time Realtor and the Broker and owner of the Hergert Agency. Janice is a 6 time recipient of the NJAR Million Dollar Sales Club Award, ’95-’85, ’00-’01. Janice earned her New Jersey real estate salesperson license in 1984. In 1997, Janice received her broker’s license, and in 2002, she became the broker and owner of the Hergert Agency. Janice was born and raised in Linden, and currently lives here with her family. She is an active member of Saint Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church. She graduated from Union Catholic Regional High School in Scotch Plains in 1983. Janice attended Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Communications in 1987. Janice loves working with people and finds great joy in the diversity that this profession allows.
