Our Mission

The Hergert Agency was founded nearly 45 years ago, by Myles J. Hergert. In 2002, Janice Guinan, Myles’ daughter, took over as broker of the family business. Myles and Janice both share the business philosophy that it is critical to treat the people you work with as family. We know that a real estate transaction is often the largest financial decision made, by both a buyer and a seller. The Hergert Agency strives to make this as stress free and comfortable as possible.

For a seller, a home is one of your most valued possessions. It may be where you crossed the threshold with your new spouse, where you set up your child’s nursery, where you raised your family.
